Many people think of exercising only when they are overweight. This is a great pity. Regular Exercise keeps your body supple and strong so that it can do everything you ask of it with ease and grace, after practice, of course.
Try to take part in some active sport at least once a week: tennis, squash, or hockey if you enjoy playing with a team or a partner; skating, riding, running or jogging if you are a loner.
